Aryah Landsberger

Aryah Somers Landsberger is a systems change strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning research, law, philanthropy, public policy, and organizational strategy. Her research examines how school culture and organizational decision-making influence the implementation of policies and interventions intended to address antisemitism and strengthen Jewish belonging in K–12 schools. She focuses on translating research into practical tools that help educators, school systems, policymakers, civil society organizations, and philanthropists build more inclusive and effective learning environments for Jewish students. Prior to her doctoral work, Aryah advised philanthropists on more than $180 million in strategic investments supporting systems change and previously held leadership, research, and legal roles advancing the rights of refugees, immigrants, and children.
